You know, I've had a few clients with online magazines and conversion is tough. I wonder who has advice or suggestions about that. I know I'd like to hear more success stories.

Paynt - all your clients would be making millions too if they had a front page link from MSN :)


They story of slate is far from amazing.

It would kind of like be looking at Michael Douglas' son for acting tips - he might be a good actor - but we all know why he is in a movie with his father.

Of course it is easy to pick on - much harder to do it yourself - which is why I don't run any successful magazine sites.

One guy does - and as far as I know - he doesn't have uncle bill sending him free traffic [I am assuming it is free - there is no way those links wouldn't be worth what is being claimed in revenue - therefore - no profit].
