I'm thinking about getting sky+ as my video is just about to die, so I was wondering whats the + & - points on this service, I've heard it's a bit noisey when the hard drive kicks in

hi tigger not to sure about noise but get a dvd recorder as well, 5.1 sound out copied onto dvd just like the real thing only cheaper
