"Too many posts from your address" bug

Here is an email I sent today to [e-mail]. Basically, if you make "too many" posts (I think the number is about 5 posts) in one day, you get this error message. Has anyone encountered this problem before? It needs to be added to their FAQs. That newsgroup is the only one I post to using their web interface.

Please try to answer this without a cut-and-paste reply, as happened the last time I reported this.

I made a single post to google.public.support.general today. I did not post to any other newsgroup today.

My previous post was on 18 April.

I cannot post more replies today, which means there is a bug somewhere. Can you please help?

I got a cut-and-paste reply, essentially saying that my ADSL ISP had allocated me the same IP address as a previous poster, hence it looked as though I had made too many posts.
