question about www2 and www3

I really didn't know where to post...

I have read the Google Knowledge base and all I found on the data centers is that indexes 2 and 3 are migrated to 1 after the update.

However, checking KW1 on www1 my site is on the SERPS and when checking same KW1 on 2 or 3, my site is nowhere to be found.

How is this possible?
Well after the last update, shouldn't the 3 indexes be identical?

Freshbot is still at work between updates. This sorta throws a monkey wrench in to the old routines.

The deal with fresh bot is that it updates at its own pace and of its own chosen pages. Then those freshly indexed pages have to be distributed among the various data centers. That takes some time and can update in stages and give you different results from the different data centers.
