I've always wanted to cycle through Montana. I'd say just getting out with the sun and seeing some mountains would likely be a very nice evening. But then, that's always my choice when thar be mountains...

bozeman's home of a few cool things: the national muesum of the rockies (full of dinosours and ...stuff), the Gibson Acoustic Guitar Factory, and Montana State Uniersity, and, on thursday nights there is a lady's-drink-free-until-midnight night at a pub called Tk's.
THere's a hostel in town and a decent pub with live music just down the street.,.,the pub's called the Hofbrau.
The downtown is one stip of decent cafes and mountain bike shops.
