The Chinese government and military have previously stated their preference for the rival Linux operating system because its source code is made publicly available.

Interesting news, I take it as more a comment on the importance of the Asian/Far East market as anything else. If MS are prepared to bend over backwards to appease that market I think it gives a hint of the potential growth they see, we as webmasters should see it too!
