I know an epileptic woman who's seizures could be triggered by strobe lights... I'd love to see someone like her sue the pants off the people who created that banner.

i dont know if the flashing is intense enough to trigger a photosensitive epileptic seizure.. but maybe.

sadly there are probably a few people on wwworld that know just how effective that style of banner is in certain demographics. oh well.
