I know an epileptic woman who's seizures could be triggered by strobe lights... I'd love to see someone like her sue the pants off the people who created that banner.

i dont know if the flashing is intense enough to trigger a photosensitive epileptic seizure.. but maybe.

sadly there are probably a few people on wwworld that know just how effective that style of banner is in certain demographics. oh well.

Well... flashing lights give my mother migrane headaches, but that wouldn't make as dramatic a lawsuit.
