Cialis sounds too close to female genitalia. Viagra... now that is a name!. But the 'love drug' of all time is still MDMA. Although admittedly, it doesn't do much for "potency".

Considering Cialis (tadalafil) has only been launched in Europe, and is still awaiting final FDA approval in the states.
