Have you recieved an email offering credit card numbers, fake ids, etc.? Do you know where I should report it or send a copy to? Is this post in the right forum? :)

I'd probably call the closest FBI branch.

sign up with merchant911.org and post your Q on the mailing list - they will want to know about it and will either report it themselves or tell you where to report it.

Thank you Crazy_Fool: I found a lot of resources in merchant911.org, I hope that email I recieved is of any use to someone. Lawman: that's a good idea, but I am in Mexico. And there is no agency here that will or can do something about it :(, thank you anyway.

you don't have to be in the USA to give information to the FBI or anyone else that deals with internet fraud etc. the FBI may not be able to help you directly, but you might be giving them that one little piece of the jigsaw they've been looking for, and that can help everyone throughout the world .....
there is a branch of the FBI that deals with internet fraud and you can submit information directly. i don't have the URL right now but if i find it again i'll post it here

The thing that I find so humorus about those emails going around, is they want you to pay for the service with a credit card. lol! That's just absurd.

Probably buy an update next month and find your CC number in it :)
