[washingtonpost.com...]

Bush has quietly ordered funding for this project since last year to monitor the worldwide internet. While I am sure it will do some good to protect the country, I am just left wondering what constitutional damage it will do along the way. In any case, people should be aware it's out there and twisting the arm of your ISP to get onboard the monitoring game.

Yup. I think it was American ISPs monthly newsletter that ran an article regarding this issue some time ago.

Agreed, they should think BEFORE they type.

Oops, I'm afraid that discussion is outside the bounds [webmasterworld.com] of WebmasterWorld.
