Call for help to UK NTL broadband customers

Hi Guys,

There is apparently a well known problem with NTL Broadband. It only happens every now and then when I'm connected. All of a sudden I get the blue screen of death with the error 'IRQL not less than or equal to'. My machine then reboots and WinXP tells me a serious error has occured. I have been told there are lots of help pages on the net and it is something to do with their DHCP server.

Does anyone know where I can find any information on this. I can't believe there are loads of pages on this and I can't find them.
