How to stay connected in Spain

I'm travelling to Spain and want to stay connected (periodically) to the net. I've got a modem, network (the hotel claims to provide a PC connection), and Orange High Speed data card in the laptop. Anyone have any advice on which ISP to use - (preferbly pay as you go) - in Spain in case the hotel's network connection is inaccessible?

Thanks!

There is loads of ISP's in Spain, try doing a search on it at your favourite search engine.

There is a lot of Free ISP'S which you can also use, i would check with Orange what the rate is for data transfers for Spain.

Telefonica, Mercury and Spansurf cover at least the Costa del Sol - dont know about the rest of the country.

I think Telefonica and Mercury are reasonable large though.

Not sure what you want to do on the net, but they have lots and lots of internet cafes, even in a small town like Cordoba. (Yummy ox-tails!)

Watch out for the gypsies, though. Don't give them a coin, don't let them take your hand. Don't open your mouth. Just walk away.
