i was sure the code to phone from the usa to the UK was

01144

am i wrong - i've a customer complaining the number doesn't work,

i'm guessing they are trying from work and there is a block on international calls.

If your dialing into the UK Internationally don't forget to drop the leading zero.

yeah - i dropped the leading zero as required,

after receiving a "your phone number doesn't work" email i suddenly thought i'd better check - but the number is sound, i think the customer tel line must have a block on it,

I know what you go through topr8. I think it takes 12 tries to get through to the uk for me. I started making notes when I finally find a combo of numbers that gets me through. I finally put nffc on my speed dial (I call once a week just to hear his answering machine. lol)
