aaaarg how stupid can they be?

How many webhost are redirecting the domain without 'www.' to their own website?

for ex:
www.hotdomainname.nl ---> goes to me.
hotdomainname.nl ---> goes to them.

Is this normal for them?

I didn't care before, but now i have more then 40 domains and i think i'm losing significant visitors.

I mailed them about this and also did another request. They did the other thing, but did not forward the domains without www.
Also they sent me no declining mail or whatsoever about this.

Another thing, A week ago, i made 15 index.htm files for some domainnames.
What they do? they didn't upload the index files to the domeinnames. Instead they made their own index files and 'framed' them to the index files i wanted uploaded on those domains.

Anyway, i expect not much from this thread, just spilling my guts.

I would not think so! I'm not an expert but, It's your domain name and all the hits shouold point to your site. I would be searching for a new host.
