Email Spam using my email address

Where do I complain to

I have had a few messages from Yahoo saying that a message could not be delivered with my email address my not my name. The headers from the original message are below with email addresses changed. "George B" is the name in the message, and is not my name.

Can anyone tell me how to track down someone to complain to? Or are they likely to be simply using an open relay?

dingman@andrew:~$ host domain name pointer host169.200-45-219.telecom.net.ar.

Looks like you should forward that to abuse@telcom.net.ar.
