For example, the SmarTruck II could carry water purification systems on disaster relief missions and communication systems for surveillance missions.

This idiocy will need a mobile gas station to follow it around. You can fill up the gas truck with water and carry more water around in that.

An unmodified Chevy Silverado gets 12 Miles Per Gallon. With all the mods this one has, it probably gets 5 MPG.

Genuinely useless.
