In Fairbanks it is considered an offense to feed alcoholic beverages to a moose.While it is legal to shoot bears, waking a sleeping bear for the purpose of taking a photograph is prohibited.
It is considered an offense to push a live moose out of a moving airplane.

Elk, common in sparsely populated Sweden, are normally shy creatures but they can become aggressive when they eat rotten apples, a favorite winter snack that can make them drunk.
"It has been noticed that elephants have developed a taste for rice beer and local liquor and they always look for it when they invade villages," an elephant expert in Guwahati told Reuters news agency.
Not much for fruit trees in this climate... and all the brewing "scraps" that we toss outside are frozen before they get a chance to ferment, so I think we're OK on the drunk moose front.

Probably best. With small children around, the last thing you need is an angry moose pushing the kids around in the back yard asking where the beer is!
