I laughed down the phone to a customer once (got a bizarre enquiry). Didnt realise that the mute was off.... :( They didnt say anything...or buy anything (it was telesales...i called them!).
See the guy made the mistake of trying to make an enquiry...whenver you call up and are given options, always choose the one that means the company gets money.
Whenever i do my telebanking, i always apply for a personal loan. Instant real person on the line! ;)
