For those of you who live in the US and are self employed (and who cannot get coverage on a relative's policy), what do you do for health insurance?

Got a Medical Savings Account health insurance plan. The deductible is $5k, but you gotta love those low monthly payments. Plus I get to put about 4k tax free dollars into the MSA annually. Easy to be happy about that. :)
