Sorry 4crests and coconutz, you lost on a technicality.

I think the rules for the quiz should be clarified.
For example:
Are we allowed to ask more than one question?
Is the URL of the gizmo picture required for the win?

Unless otherwise specified, the Gizmo quiz picture is just a reference (a clue if you will) to aid fellow quiz players in their quest to find the solution to the Gizmo quiz questions previously set forth by the official Gizmo quiz host in their original post.

I think answering the question is implicit to any quiz. Url are not required if not explicitely required in the questions.

The quiz master have the final decision.

Are we going to have a game next week? Won't we all be in london? I will be so if there is one I can't host. I would be happy to do it the next week though.

As long you can master it, I can host it. I will pass a turn on eligibilty.

If you can't master it, it's up to the current quiz master to decide wich volunteer will do it next week.

If by "master" you mean find a gizmo, I'll get one and send you the specs on it.

By "hosting" I just meant putting the pic on a server. By "mastering" I meant doing all the rest, posting, answering questions, giving clues, ect.

I understand you will have other things to do next week. (like dating gothic London girls, or to find a place where you can have chips that does not taste like fish...)

So do you officially decline on hosting or mastering the next game?
(you know this could mean the end of your reputation, dont you?)

I am not eligible to master the next quiz since I did not participate in it, before you won.

I do not volunteer, and technically cannot do so.

As far as I understood the rules, I second Mac... the winner has to correctly answer the questions posed by that week's quiz host. If the host asks for a URL, they need to supply it... if not, they just need to answer the questions.

I got quite a few of my points on questions where I did not supply a URL...

(Broken? Apparently my deductive reasoning skills could use a tune up... I was searching for "cryo" but without the "pump".)

Mack, according to the rules you cannot do it, but, if we don't get any volunteers, I think we should let you do it. But, the decision is not up to me.

Hi coconutz,

Transfering the game to each other every week was the main fix to my occasional availability problems. We already skipped a few when I was hosting all the games alone. For this game to become a tradition, the show must go on. I think postponing it is not an option.

I read we already have one volunteer. It's up to King Defanjos to fix a deadline and make his choice.
