My wife and I want to head down to isle of palms or sullivan's island in August. We want to be near the beach but be able to venture into Charleston to see the sites and experience some things.
I am open to staying in other places as long as we can get on the beach, have a pool, and get to Charleston quickly and easily.
Any references on where to stay or some things to do while there will be greatly appreciated.
