Who has been following Enron issues and the case against lay and skilling. Seems they were both found guilty on almost all of the counts against them. Just finished the CNN article time for more reading (just got back into town with life and internet.)

Obviously found guilty on a number of counts, I'm somewhat dubious as to whether either with do jail time, or appeal to the point of natural death.

It wouldn't even surprise me if Lay got a Presidential Pardon at the end of GWB's term!

Justice has to be seen to be done today, it might get swept under the carpet tomorrow ;)

If I thought for a minute that Lawman wasn't watching I'd tell you what I think! ;-)

Every country has its own Enrons..

Corruption, it seems, is a way of life for some..
