Present at least two studies identifying critical online service elements in web sites. Prepare a spreadsheet and analyse how well your industry fared on those critical online service elements.
Above is the question, Im doing car industry.
How am I supposed to present this topic?
Could someone give me some suggestions?
Lots of THX~~

Wow. That's a mouthful. :-D But by asking "analyse how well your industry fared" it sounds to me like they are asking how well your industry did in such things as search engines, reviews, statistics, site up/down time, actual profits as a result of these elements, things like that.
It's a trick question, the answer is 42.
Service elements? Hmm, cars.
- My guess would be customer service options:
1. Configurators (however that's spelled) with pricing.
2. FAQs
3. Repair histories / testimonials / reviews
4. Comparisons / features
5. Financing / Payment methods
6. Access to live agents for help
7. Shopping carts
8. Accessories
9. Search capabilities
I know this is a mix, but this is what I'm thinking. You look at websites and say - I can do this and that.
- I can seach for an item by name or product ID.
- I can read a description of the item
- I can look at a picture
- I can see the price
- I can compare with similar items
- I can read user reviews
- I can read FAQs
- I can add to a wish list
- I can add to a shopping cart
- I can select my payment method
- I can select my shipping method
- I can speak to a live agent if I have a question
You can then compare your industry (cars) to those offered by electronics...
Then again, I could be totally wrong.
For 5 mins presentation, how should I analyze the critical online services elements with two "studies"? Which "two studies" is more important for car industry. Im afarid I may go wrong. Im still confused with the structure of my presentation...
Its the website Im gonna talk about.

Studies... Well J.D. Power does studies (this took me less than a minute - I've got a fast connection). They even have a car website functionality study and gave out awards. Is that what you're talking about?
