I am burning a CD each week for for my father's collection. I started by just printing out the song list, folding it up, and sticking it in the case.

Since he enjoys having the CDs, I got some inkjet CD labels,.....and then some inkjet inserts for the front and back of the case (Track list, front. Related text, back.)

While it all looks ok, it is still pretty obviously a home office production. Since he seems to really enjoy getting these CDs, I'm looking for some high end cases, labels, and inserts, but am having difficulty finding anyting that looks worthwhile.

I've got a pretty decent injet in the home office, and access to a good laserjet at the office office.

I have been satisfied with cases from Bags Unlimited (findable online via the usual means). Their "fat" cases for multi-CD sets are expecially nice, they feel very solid in your hands and have a little indentation for you to put your thumb in when you open them. For some of their cases, you can buy the tray that you put the CD in separately, in a variety of colors.

I do the inserts on double-sided glossy photo paper, which can look good if you size it properly and have a steady hand with the scissors. I don't label my CD's so no help there.
