I am sure many of you heard of Maddox aka "The Best Page In The Universe". If you don't know, you probably haven't been online long enough. He posts amazingly clever and often sarcastic stuff about pretty much anything.

The other day he wrote a book called "The Alphabet of Manliness". It hasn't been released yet. Publication Date is June 6. It already ranks #1 top selling book on Amazon. Beating such books as "Home with God", "The Da Vinci Code", and many other popular ones.

According to his own website he has over 100 visits per minute. More than most corporate giants like McDonalds, KFC, Pepsi and Coca-cola.

Why did I write this post? I am not sure... I think I am just once again amazed at the power of the Internet. I've never really seen anything on this scale. Imagine what he can do with this power? He can make history, change politics, become an instant millionair if he wants.

I've seen entire college computer rooms where people are either on sites like maddox/fark or a social networking site myspace/facebook/bebo/okcupid.

It's funny stuff but there's plenty of room for Maddox to get a "message" across if he wanted to.

The most amazing thing about maddox's site is that he doesn't advertise, it is all word of mouth.
