My husband & I are going to Vegas in a few weeks for a short vacation. The subject came up that it might be fun to do a "Vegas" wedding. It is absolutly dizzying the number of themes avaliable.

So, what kind of Vegas wedding would you pick? And yes, you can pretend that your partner would go along with whatever idea you can up with. ;)

Little White Chapel

I originally married at the Rio. They had an excellent package and we had an absolute blast. Plus, we got married on the week of Comdex (which no longer exists). Made it a bit more expensive but worth it nevertheless.

Here did i get married [searchengine-optimization.nu]

In our summerhouse in the middle of nowhere, no one knew anything of the marrige, they though the should go to a sermony when we get the child a name ( dont know that word)

If i should do it again i should shoose the same place, because iam not a big fan of the church, it connects me to sad things.

What a cool idea.

I guess it depends... Do you want to do the sentimental romantic thing or something kinda out there?

Romantic: gondola at the Venetian or the Eiffel Tower.

Out there: Helicopter

Or you could always do the Elvis thing. ;)

Another option, if you're into Star Trek, get married at Star Trek: The Experience at the Hilton.

Not quite the answer you were looking for, but I actually did get married in Vegas.

While waiting line at the courthouse to get our marriage certificate, my soon to be wife and I decided on the spur of the moment to just go across the street and get married by a judge.

We decided it made more sense to do that and enjoy the rest of short time we had in Vegas instead of going back to the hotel, change into decent clothes, hunt around for a nice chapel for the actual ceremony, then have very little time left to actually enjoy the stay.

(I love telling our story every time I hear co-workers or other firends moaning about how they're still paying off a wedding from several years ago.)

Vegas sounds like fun, but a bit too crazy for me.

I think I would prefer a nice romantic wedding in Niagara Falls.
