While implementing Adsense Code we can change colors.
I mean we can write color codes which suit to us.
But if we put same URL color code and Background color code.
It will not show URL.
same thing can be done with Text,Heading etc.
But is it allowed?

Even if you set everything to a single color, Google would override it to contrasting colors when they ads are served.

Is it allowed to give the border the same color as the background color of the webpage with content, so you don't see the border?

That sounds a bit like you are getting ready to try to commit the old, hidden text, black hat maneuver.

We did this and our site was then reviewed in detail by Google as part of the optimisation service. They raised no objection and were, in fact, very complementary about the look and feel of the site and how Adsense ads were presented.

I should point out, however, that we did not bury ads in the middle of text (which is, I think, what Ann is alluding to). On the contrary, we surrounded them by lots of whitespace and used different colours to separate them from the text.

That is, although we got rid of the Google line border, we replaced it with a much bigger whitespace border. This killed a number of birds with one stone: adding to the quality feel to the site, making ad/text separation clear, improving ad impact, and increasing CTR.

Read webmaster guidelines on Google, in adsense we are also required to follow them as per the T&C.
