I know this is gonna make me sound really stupid but i am totally new to this but is there any advise anyone can offer me to make money from these type of systems?

After working my ass off for 4 years for a telephone company they suddenly decided to make my department redundant and fired ALL of us.

I really wanted to find work on the internet so i would really appreciate any help that anyone can offer so that i can genereate an income from home.

I look forward to your response...

thanks,

Ian

Living from AdSense is something similar with living from the interet from Your banc account.

You write something, but You do not receive the money immedeately.

You only increase the ad revenues of Your web site.

So You need money to cover Your expenses in the start up time.

I had just the case of a man working long time for a company. His job ist finished 1 October. German laws are so, that he receives 36.000 EUR handling for being fired.

With this money and a good AdSense business plan, he can start it.

He will maybe make $300 in 3 month, $600 in 6 month, cross $1000 in 10 month.

In 3 years, he can have a good runing web site with a real nice income.

So the main question is, from what will You live the next 15 month or so.

Sorry you were fired. The best thing you can do right now is sit down with a cup of coffee and spend the day reading through this forum. Soak up what everyone has to say. Read some other forums, too. Make a list of questions and then come back when you have specifics to ask. You'll probably get a better reception. There are numerous way to make money online. AdSense is just one.

And if I were you, I would start early off thinking of it as SUPPLEMENTAL income and not PRIMARY income, because no matter how much money you make from it, you have virtually no control over the system, so it's not terribly smart to put all your eggs in the one basket.

Did he have control over the company, which fired him?

Did he work for 3 different companies to have not all eggs in one basket?

One certainly has control over what company one chooses to work for. (Of course, I'm assuming he's in the US; your mileage may vary)

One of the benefits of working online is you can diversify your income stream and not have to depend on one company to provide your living. You are right. Anyone with a regular job who works for someone else has all his eggs in one basket and is vulnerable.

ah! Unless he or she is a public school teacher like myself. While I may be laid off from my current school, there are always places I can go and teach as long as I have the proper certification. It's not a question of having your eggs all in one basket, it's a question of being smart and having a backup basket in case things don't pan out.
