Hi

I've just returned from Italy this morning expecting to see my cheques and nothing there...!

I can't find a thread about payments being received or not therefore has anyone received theirs in the UK yet since my my Payment History shows a payment date of 27th September and I usually receive within two days?

Same here - Grimsby UK but don't worry! In 2 years not one failed to materialize! Patience!

Patience I don't have a problem with, what concerns me is that one week after the payment date and nothing received.

After all, it's only coming from Canary Wharf which ain't exactly a huge distance and I would have thought that G only has to authorise release of the cheques, they don't sit there and write them out by hand, do they.

This is the first ever delay I have had in 2 years and with all G's recent messing about it makes one wonder what they've done to their algos and programs...

Wednesday and still nothing! What's going on?

Cheques from the US only used to take 2-3 days.

I can't believe a cash-flow crisis at G therefore are they just screwing us for a few days more interest they can earn?

No news is BAD NEWS and BAD management and BAD customer relations...do they not know how to post this kind of information?

Did someone mention screw-up?

[webmasterworld.com...]

This comes as absolutely no surprise after earlier so-called improvements and alterations...
