I know that is forbidden to open a popup window with adsense code in it.

In one of my websites i open popup window to my another website. Which has like 15 pages in it and sure adsense code in all pages.

Is it okey? As it is not just a single page but totally a website.

Pop-ups and pop-unders are both against the rules. Unless the user specifically clicks on a link to open that window, it's prohibited.

Sorry for that ş letter in the topic.

Well i think i should explain it better. This is what it is exactly :

* The code opens another window when you leave the first website.

I want to use this for hit to my second website. But because that the second website has adsense in it i need to know the exact answer if this is against TOS or not. I wouldnt want to get a risk for that.

Read the Program Policies, paying particular attention to this passage: "No Google ad or Google search box may be displayed on any domain parking websites, pop-ups, pop-unders, or in any email."

What you described is exactly what a pop-under is. Google has no interest in sponsoring sites that are opened against a person's will.

Google TOS says
Pop-ups, pop-unders or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, obscure Google ads, change user preferences, or are for downloads. Other types of pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit windows may be allowed, provided that they do not exceed a combined total of 5 per user session.

so limited popunders are allowed as long as they don't obscure the ads etc. However, you could possibly be against the TOS on the grounds of "sneaky re-directs".

It might be allowable to open your other site as a popunder when the first site loads, but maybe not allowable to load it when a visitor tries to leave. If in doubt, run it by adsense support for the final word.

Personally, I'd be inclined to steer clear of the technique - I just hate being directed where I haven't tried to go, and so do most other web users. Why p*ss off your visitors? That won't make them more likely to click your ads.

Again:
No Google ad or Google search box may be displayed on any domain parking websites, pop-ups, pop-unders, or in any email.

That second excerpt is from the "site may not include" section and refers to the AdSense publisher using pop-ups/pop-unders at all. This is acceptable in limited quantities, but it's crystal clear that you can't pop up windows that contain AdSense.
