Adsense Help?

I have applied for a google adsense account. Since i didn't got any details about my account, I emailed google for the same and I got an email from google saying:

We've found that your AdSense account is related to an account previously
disabled for invalid click activity. Publishers whose accounts have been
disabled for invalid clicks are not allowed further participation in the
AdSense program.

This is a new domain. This is also my first website. How can my website be related to a previously disabled google account. Any help?

It may be a new domain, but that doesn't mean that someone else hasn't had it before.

Is there anyway to find who had the domain before?

You could try using the wayback machine to look at the old website which might give you some clues.
