Adsense in XHTML Pages

using CDATA tag

As far as I know it its not allow to play with adsense code. I found one php script which is adding adsense code like this:

I am sure this is not allowed. What do you guys think?

Is that a Coldfusion tag?

That is an XML tag. I'd check how it comes out in the browser.

I am not at all sure that is not allowed. In some cases, the <!-- tags that Adsense control makes are stripped out completely.

I use xsl on my site. And I have to use <xsl:comment> and </xsl:comment> instead of <!-- and -->. If you view source on my page, it still comes out as <!-- and -->, just like it is in the control panel.

If that is not allowed, then I quit! ;)
