Magicaly a good couple thousand turned up on one of my sites which had recently been sent threats, "we're going to take your adsense account of you"... and so they did, thousands hits came and about 12-13 hours after I reported the threat and suspecious findings my account Disabled.
After a day and no word from adsense and the fact they do not wish to allow me further participation is a shock.. not only this but my domain name had just been replaced now to actualy Aim at a better market for my own sites needs, a wider audiance basicaly so now my rank has dropped from 180k to abolustly NO DATA on alexa. (Now i cant even sign up with anyone else until theres some rank data).
What's the quickest way to get back into adsense, I've done nothing wrong and will even send them a log of the site hits containing everything such as the browser type etc. (when I get around to saving it for them to look at and quicker the investigation)
Any comments welcome.

But moving back to the post at issue, and extending the benefit of the doubt:
As you assert innocence and you can provide logs, I don't know why you wouldn't want to contact Google and offer the exculpatory evidence. They have made it rather plain that they won't knowingly issue new accounts to people who have been terminated from AdSense.
[edit] Well it was an actual attack as i recieved thousands clicks but the value was 0$ i reportd it and was disabled to protect AdWords users not me :(
I'm going to compile my findings for google further on today and hope they understand what went wrong, my point is i read that on google any invalid clicks don't actualy count so them disabling my account was a scare tactic incase i was trying to fraud google, of some sort or possibly coincidentaly my email to them that day flagged me as a Code RED and out.
Damn i hate this whats my alternative to google.

I'm so upset, I've lost all hope and starting to think what advertisement would really benefit me here!
People have been reinstated in the past, give it a shot.
Here is a letter i've written to google in respect to them and their disablement of my account to protect AdWords.

[edit reason] No email quotes please, as per TOS [/edit]
Let's say, for example, that you had a community site about a controversial religious or political topic. Following one or more click attacks, Google might review the site and conclude (based on its experience with similar sites) that such retribution by angry members or opponents was likely to be an ongoing problem. Result: A disabled account for the publisher, even though the publisher himself hadn't done anything dishonest. The publisher obviously wouldn't consider that solution to be fair, but from a business perspective, Google's decision might make perfect sense. (Remember, Google is a business, not a court of law.)
Disclaimer: Again, this is only speculation, and it may not apply to your situation.
Good luck with your request for reinstatement. Other WW members have survived click attacks without problems, and a few have been reinstated after having their accounts shut down, so don't give up hope.

perfect exactly what I wanted to hear, some hope!
do you have proof or links to a reinstatement success thank you.
You have an adult photo section that is accessible by paid members and you have a moderator who describes herself as a porn star.
Now short of registering and going through your whole site this might well be the reason Google is nervous especially after the click attack.
Just a thought anyway.
Google might have cited "invalid clicks" as the reason for the ban, but it's important to remember that "invalid clicks" aren't necessarily fraudulent clicks--they can be clicks that Google deems invalid for any reason, such as clicks from pages that violate its TOS.
and there is no adult section, i disabled it.there never has been!
There never has been, or you disabled it?

I've updated the terms and conditions anyway as I don't like to damage the chances of this issue being resolved.
I reciever over 100k hits a day, rate is uauly 1% of that actualy even click ads, usualy get a nice 100$ or somthing.
I can't say I'm too sorry for you because of this...
Anyway... If you don't have AdSense on the "logged in" pages, with porn, I don't see why Google would disaprove that.
This is a typical thing that would hurt your Adsense. You say they reviewed your site many times, maybe before there was less of this type of images...
There are other ways to make money out of those sites, just DON'T mix them with your "standard" Adsense sites.
This again shows that most of the first time posters who show up here saying they were suspended are not straight up with us about the possible reasons.
I would have to think that Google does not arbitrarily kick someone out without a valid reason.
Point is i reported that i notice invalid clicks heir help page mentions:
Google's proprietary technology analyzes clicks and impressions to determine whether they fit a pattern of use intended to artificially drive up an advertiser's clicks or impressions, or a publisher's earnings. Our system uses sophisticated filters to distinguish between clicks generated through normal use by users and clicks generated by unethical users and automated robots, enabling us to filter out most invalid clicks and impressions. Advertisers are not charged for the clicks and impressions we filter out.
If im not mistaken it says advertisers are not charged so where is the issue with reporting the invalid clicks, they came up 1000 clicks to value of $0 and nothing was wrong.
Google doesnt say you can't report any suspecious findings to us, i was in the interest of helping google / preventing suck attack disabling my account.
This is a mistake, google are scared of anything! ARGH what am i going to do, 3-4 days disabled and a letter sayign they dont care bye.
Just ignore them, and maybe Google won't notice?
I don't think so. I still think that the best policy is to REPORT them. Otherwise, you are doomed for sure. It's just a matter of time.
Is there a "little bit more" to your story?
IMO the problem is this clause in the Program Policies:
No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages.
I've seen 3 sites run into trouble this week that have this situation in common. From the AdSense spider's point of view, pictures are not content and Flash/Shockwave/Java games are not content.
If you're showing ads on pages with little or no relevant text, and especially if your site isn't built around a coherent theme so that AdSense can make intelligent guesses about ad targeting, you are absolutely going to have problems.
