Suspicous factor

What are the main factors that cause adsense account being blocked or suspended? Do they really spend people to visit your sites and check on stuff?

For us, we generate 10000+ impression with ctr of 0.2-0.5%, that sounds normal right? We read many crazy stories about account suspended, but I think that only happens to site with low impression but high ctr which looks abnormal, am I right?

not quite.
They have lot of data to trigger about so if your website is having small number of impressions and 200% CTR and the CLICKS ARE REAL then you will not be suspended.

I don't think that the value of your CTR should be a factor for suspending an account. Normal CTR values varies very much depending on the type of site you run. For me averege CTR is 6.6 %. I don't see why this might be suspicious, google nows if you have your CTR real, from valid clicks.

Not really I don't think thats a factor.
I've herad of very small publishers that generate about 3 clicks a day and I've heard some huge publishers that generate over 6,000 clicks a day.

It simple, just follow the AS TOS. And if you think something is vague or not clear for you, just make sure by asking the google team. Im sure if you play by the rules there is no reason for you or someone else bening banned or suspended.

When I fisrt started on AS i was kind of afraid too, but I've learned that only people who do not follow the TOS get suspended. Not innocent people is being kicked out of the program. Of curse mistakes can happen too, but innocent people will always get their account reinstated....
