If someone clicks for 250 times tou will be in trouble, for click fraud, and it is likely that your account will get suspended...

As malasorte said, if one person clicks that many times Google will terminate your account very quickly. Google can, and do track the people that click on the ads.

To answer the question in general terms, it depends on if your clicks convert for advertisers. You might suddenly have an influx of visitors that click on the ads but fail to purchase - hence smartpricing will discount the click (sometimes very heavily). On the other hand, you might find that the extra visitors you attract convert well for the advertisers, and you will get an increase in cost per click.

Adsense isn't like other advertising networks. With Adsense it isn't a case of x keyword pays out y per click. With adsense the rewards are a LOT higher, but you have to do your bit - convert for advertisers.

To do this you need to have a quality site that visitors want to visit, and advertisers want to advertise on because it works for them. You don't have to be a major corporation to achieve this. Adsense is full of what some people call "mum & dad" sites, or hobbyist sites that work better for advertisers than taking out a full page spread in the Sunday Times.

Stick to the rules, and work on your site to provide quality content and get it noticed is my advice. It worked for me BIG TIME.
