Direct Click-Throughs from Search Buttons

I've got a rental site with a big blue "search properties" button near the top.

Is it possible to have it set up when one clicks on this button, that it routes through to a random adsense ad website or do I have to put the traditional Adsense advertising with the four ads on the page and hope the user actually opts for it?
