But would you blame google, if you do something against the TOS that would cause them to ban you on one site, it's only natural that they would assume you are likely to repeat your TOS breaking on your other sites...
Although, there have been cases of google simply blocking ads being served on the offending sites, whilst the others continue as normal...
Do you think they will use adsense to track ownerships of sites?
They do strictly for AdSense purposes. If your account is suspended, all your sites you have run AdSense on will no longer be allowed to show AdSense.
But getting suspended (or not) with AdSense has absolutely no bearing on your regular Google search results. Nor does getting banned in the regular Google search results have any bearing on your AdSense account.
What do you think?
Maybe you are but webmasters always seem to feel guilty and worried as if they are doing something wrong when they're not. There's nothing wrong with optimising websites if its in the visitors interests.
Google definitely know who own multiple sites etc but so what? There will always be someone doing something far worse than you and if they link all their sites together one ban could easily make 5 bans regardless of whether adsense is on the site.
Most of the time, the bad guys are alive and not-so-bad guys being kicked.
That's why Google still need PhDs and Engineers to work hard.

I'm not so sure.
Usually people complains because they were banned.
But they never show us their "nice and clean" website. Perhaps they don't have it.
Some bad guys are alive, agreed.
But I wouldn't sleep well if I were one of them.
