Small Change to AdSense Program Policies

The following has been added to the "Google AdSense Program Policies" in the "Client Software" section:

"No Google ad or search box code may be pasted into any software application."

Wonder what triggered this change?

When do they ban all those 10.000 of scraper sites which are sponsored by google or is that legal now

If you read JenSense's blog, it looks like this is more that they put the clause back in. It originally appeared in 2004. So -- Oops.

I think it was an oversight when that section was reworded, as it was originally added back in August of 2004.
