i just launched my site last week, as of now i have this stat total:
page impression=2,365
clicks=4
page ctr=.2%
ecpm=$.046
earnings=1.09

hope you cam help me.

I think You do not receive traffic from search engines just right now.

CTR from search engine traffic should be higher.

Just promoting in forums or news groups has usual a very low CTR.

Also please post the theme. Some themes like fan sites have usual a very low CTR.

Be careful in the future what stats you post. From AdSense TOS:

No. That's not good. The CTR is pathetic. But there is hope. The CTR is the easiest thing to tweak. Set up different channels and see how different ad formats, colors, placements, and topics perform. Once you start to spend some of the advertisers money you will have an idea of how profitable your niche/topic/site may be.

if thats forums you should get atleast .5%, I currently get about 1%, just work on optimizing your ads a bit.
