i sent received *** clicks on * impressions and CTR of ***%

what should i do?

i sent this email to adsense support team

hello sir my account is - *****

someone apparent has clicked * times on ads, as the ctr is saying *00%, this obviously seem to be some kind of a attack. if any money has been credited for those clicks, i would like that to be refunded to the advertisers, and in future if there is a high click through rate i recommend the same procedure

It's a good idea to send such messages as a gesture of good faith.

If *** means 100 clicks or 1,000 clicks, then you should probably do exactly this. If *** means something in the area of 10 clicks, then IMO this is within the range of normal user behaviour and statistical variation, and you shouldn't lose sleep over it.
