1. I sold a site.
2. Buyer got everything, site, domain, etc.
3. Do I have to notify adsense of the sale?
4. Buyer didn't remove my adsense code yet.
5. Since I no longer have control over the site/domain, I am not allowed to have my code on there.
6. Should I notify adsense that he didn't remove my code yet?

The buyer's communication is very slow, I request to change/remove code several days but still didn't remove it yet. What are my options? Am I in danger of violating TOS?

Probably just wait till google responds and they will probably just block that site from ads showing that will make the webmaster take it off quicker.

Contact Google, explain You sold this site and
ask to block ads on this domain.

Simple.

Well the buyer paid a down payment, I didn't get the rest of money yet. So I can't really tell google to ban it because he might say since banned want refund. Any advice?

You only have a down payment and he has complete control of the website? You can't get into it or snatch it back at all?

Depends on the contract you signed--if you signed any contract--but there is normally a line that tells that the site remains your property until the total sum has been paid. In that case the site is yours, and you shouldn't be worried too much about the AdSense issue.

If you didn't sign a contract and have no control over the site, you should be more worried about the rest of the money than the AdSense revenue comming in now. Contacting a lawyer in your case would be more helpful than contacting AdSense support, although it might already be too late for a lawyer to take proper action.

What's the problem?

You are still earning money with the site, allthough you shouldn't. Just sue him because he gives you money you shouldn't earn
