Adlinks vs. Regular adblocks.

Do adlinks display more targeted ads?

On your pages, do Adlinks display more accurate targeting? I'm not sure why, but that seems to be what I see.

So on some pages I'll use an Adlinks block instead of a regular ad block.

In the end, the poorly targeted ads might show on the Adlinks click through page anyhow, but at least I don't get dog food ads on my antique car pages themselves. :)

Most of my links are targeted well but there are a few that I feel are a little off target... IE: one would say Owls and the other Sports(both not my site topic) but the funny thing is they end up getting clicks anyway.

My ads are targeted very well but I still see clicks to sites I feel are off target.

Seems about the same and maybe even that Google knows what they are doing since the off target ads/links do get clicks and I profit.

If you don't want the dog food ads on your pages maybe try filtering them.

I have these new set of pages, where I have borderless leaderboard ad block, as well as a horizontal adlinks block below it. Just a one week-old experiment now, and my first with AdLinks.

Money from Adlinks blocks has been 7 times more than the prominently placed leaderboard.

The variable ad numbers within the leaderboard make it look scrappy, and at least to my eyes, beggarly when the space is not filled.

Looks like my visitors think so too.
