What are AdSense website worth?

Hello everyone!

I found a website for sale, the earning specifics are below. A large portion of the revenues are from Adsense. I'm trying to decide what to offer this person as a reasonable bid.

ECommerce website
1100 unique visitors per day
$4500 per month via adsense
$3000 per month in sales & leads

The site is ranked 8th in MSN for a highly competitive shopping term. Yahoo also shows a very strong rating. The only negative factor seems to be that the site has either been hand banned from Google Search, or has been filtered out. Does anyone know what a site like this would be worth?

Only 1100 unique visitors and $4500/revenue from AdSense? Well, are you sure it is not fraud? What is the topic of the site? Couldn't you invest your money in developers, designers, writers and legit SEOs to put your site online?

The site is highly targeted around a very competitive keyword. Unlikely it's fraud.

get it now and then watch when it gets unbanned from google, which will happen eventually, and then see your income double.
$50,000+ would be a steal

I dont think anyone with that type of income, with so low visitors, will sell it unless there is something behind the curtain.

If that ranking was in Google we'd be talking.

Most of my rankings in MSN top 10/20 on good keywords are barely worth the bandwidth MSN wastes indexing my site - the referrals are pitiful compared to Google.

1100 uniques - it is very risky.

It is also not even shure that with YOUR adsense account you will earn even one tenth what this site is earning now.

But as an owner of such site I would not sell it cheaper than 100.000
