No relevent ad on home page but relevent on other pages

I have a website that do not have any relevent ads on my home page but they are relevent on my other pages. What gives.

Is it a blog or feature dynamically changing content on the index page? That is the top reason why index pages don't display targeted ads, because they would be showing ads that were relevant when the mediabot visited last, not neccessarily targeted ads as the page appears today after the content has changed.
