How do you find CPM ads on your website?

Apparently some advertizers are running CPM ads on my site, but I haven't seen a single one. With 1,400+ pages I can't very well cruise thru the whole site looking for examples of CPM ads either.

Does anyone have an idea or method of finding where CPM ads are running, other than having a channel occasionaly end the day with earnings but without clicks.

Maybe one or all of the following:

1. Ads expand to fill up entire ad unit
2. Ads font are as big as the PSAs
3. Sometimes fonts are regular sized but shows only 1 ad for the entire ad unit (if same advert shows up like #1 but changes to #3)

Easier to detect for text ads, harder for image ads. Image ads can either be CPC or CPM and there's no way right now to check which is which (my only indicator is if the same advertiser that shows text ads that fills up entire ad unit is also the same image advertiser)
