When should your report strange activities to adsense support

How can we keep watch on it all the time

Today I checked my stats for one my channel it showed me something around 270 page impressions and 35 clicks at CTR of around 13%. I guess after 1 hour it showed around 310 impressions and 51 clicks.

That means in last 1 hour I got the 16 hits in 40 page impression.

First I thought to email this to google but then thought that this can be possible once in a while. I stopped that url for 30 minutes incase there is someone messing on that directory.

Now I have to go to my job and wont be able to do much from there if some thing strange happens.

I would request you guys to answer to my few questions in this scenario.
1. When should we inform google about some thing strange on our website. Should i do in a case like abouve.
2. Its tough to watch the stats in more details if you are doing the adsense part time. Is there any software avaialbe which gives me details of in stats in more details upto the IP level of the clicks?

I would say it all depends on what your average is and what you been getting. Mine ranges a bit like anyone elses, but if it wasw going to much out of average I might report something.
