Conversion rates for EFT payments - your experiences?

Finally got my first successful EFT payment through, and was just wondering what experiences people have in terms of conversion rates.

Revenue: $23,648.38

Google paid: £13,161.49
XE.com states: £13,167.17

I think that is perfectly respectable, assuming they started the EFT a few days earlier, it is only reasonable that the conversion would differ slightly.

I've read a lot on here about people getting poor conversion rates, and wondered how people have done in the past. Are google pretty close to the exchange rate, or well off the mark from time to time?
