What are you trying to do? Waste bandwidth? Although there are suggestions that can be made, I won't because that's no good behavior even though it's against a bad guy.

The correct type of reaction: Write to his host and keep reporting as he switches hosts. If the host doesn't suspend the account, write to the ISP who serves that host and so on. Before that, you may want to send a warning to the guy directly.

Start with a domain name WHOIS search. Look for the nameservers and IP numbers.

Report the site (both to Google and host) and stay from it. That's the best thing to do.

Check threads in the Content and Copyright area for how to file a DMCA complaint.

Consider that DDoS or similar attacks can be also illegal and you can be held liable for that in some countries, even if the other party is acting in bad faith and violating your rights.

That's ridiculous advice. Follow the earlier suggestions re copyright. Contact the thief, contact Google, contact his ISP, and you might want to contact AdSense as well. If the ISP doesn't react, have a lawyer draft a letter and try again.

You're not hurting this person at all right now, you're just wasting your whole day obsessing over the theft.

Question is...does your site use content that's freely available for reuse? Such as gov. data and stuff that's not copyrighted for example. If it's content that you've put together yourself, then his liable for copying your stuff...otherwise I don't think you can do much about it.

Unless of course his site looks exactly like yours except the google pub-id.

Don't be afraid to use a lawyer. It lets the other person know you are serious and that you will take them to court if necessary. That is usually enough. If this site is hurting your revenue, then a little money spent on a good lawyer is a good investment to protect your revenue.
