I have two questions?

1. When I newly created a post on my website. Adsense Ad does not show up. This is understandable because robot has not yet get to know about the page's content. In general, does any one know how long it will take to make an Ad appear after a new post?

2. Occasionally,I experienced Ad which is completely white in color and it does not collapse even if it is empty. Why sometimes this happens? Any idea?

Ads appear immediately on all new content we post to our website. They are generally ads that are more site specific. When the media bot shows up (usually within a couple of hours) the ads change and become more page specific.

When you add the AdSense ad code to a new page, it can take up to 48 hours for our crawlers to reach your site. However, less targeted ads or public service ads should appear immediately after adding the AdSense code.

If you are seeing blank ad units appearing on your page, it might be worth investigating further. I recommend checking out the following page to make sure none of these apply to your site:

[google.com...]

You may also wish to email adsense-support@google.com if the problem continues.

ASA, Thank you for the advice. The support page suggested is very useful.
