PSA : impressions? doubt

please clarify

i like to know whether the PSA ads impressions will be included in the stat's impressions or will be omitted.

Second: most of my 336 ads showing PSA ads but 728 and 160 formats showing ads normally, whether adwords advertisers can select the ad format type?, is there is any option available for advertisers to select the format where there ads to be appear?

please reply my friends, so that i can get some idea regarding this.

Which ad formats are the most likely to ALWAYS be populated?

Which ad formats are the most likely to run out of ads first, resulting in PSAs?

Where's the data? Anyone care to speculate?
Are 336s the worst?

Yes, I have read here that "PSA ads impressions are included in the stats". Too bad they are not reported separately - how hard would that be? Apparently, there are reasons not to reveal the extent of stats dilution caused by PSAs.
